Late Friday, ABC made decisions on all of their recently-debuted freshman comedies, reports THR. It was happy news for the Tuesday night duo of The Goldbergs and Trophy Wife, both of which received full season orders - no doubt helped by the fact that both shows held up well this week when airing new episodes without a new installment of Agents of SHIELD (which has already been given a full season) as a lead-in for the first time. A more cautious approach was given to the Rebel Wilson comedy Super Fun Night, which has had four more episodes ordered on top of its initial 13, but not a full 22-episode order as yet.
