New South Park Delayed Due to Power Outage

So I bet you're wondering what happened to that new episode of South Park tonight?

Source: Episode 1704 will not air tonight

For those tuning in tonight for a new episode of South Park were greeted with something else entirely: a repeat.  "Scott Tenorman Must Die" aired instead of  "Goth Kids 3: Dawn of the Posers" which was slated to air last night.

As for the reason, well South Park Studios revealed the problem: a power outage. Here's the official response:

On Tuesday night, South Park Studios lost power. From animation to rendering to editing and sound, all of our computers were down for hours and we were unable to finish episode 1704 "Goth Kids 3: Dawn of the Posers" in time for air tonight. Trey Parker said, "It sucks to miss an air date but after all these years of tempting fate by delivering the show last minute, I guess it was bound to happen."
