Not sure how I feel about this issue. Several things happen, it's an okay issue but reads pretty fast.
It was cool seeing her on Earth-3, brief as it was.
Then she's

whisked back to the main Earth to see if her associate, Marcus, can reassemble the broken skull device.
An odd one-off cryptic comment about the Sins being "gone".
We find out who the guy on the cover is ( Vandal Savage ), who she gets info from to be at the Crime Syndicate's first meeting with all the villains. Except that she's hidden and uses that time to get into the abandoned JL watch-tower to confront The Outsider.

Would have rather seen more of Earth-3 and what went on there to lead the Syndicate here. Decent issue overall.
