Looking at the scores, this is without a doubt the biggest grudge watch show ever.

Really good episode, gave it a 7 because of the father and son "bonding" moment.

I like the show too - they just need to avoid doing stupid things.

Like having Daryll & company return the very second after the last zombie gets it. Or whatever lil Andrea was doing with her 'pet'. Or why the guy knowingly wanted to be locked in with a dead guy about to turn.

A better episode than the rest of the season however.

The Gov reveal was anti-climatic. It should have been an "Oh Fuck!" moment - instead it was "Oh, there he is".

Minor nitpick - the trees they were using to hold up the fence were cut pretty cleanly. I thought maybe they had a chainsaw. But then they showed Maggie chopping sloppily with an ax.

Well we don't know the full capabilities/equipment they've picked up over time. Rick and Carl had those AK's out of nowhere. :smt102

I agree completely with the other stuff you're saying though. Confused what the idiot girl was up to though, was she trying to be the diversion until Herschel could get up there to help her? :smt017

Also next episode: I think Daryl is going to be angrier at Carol then Rick because at the end of the day, she flat out murdered 2 people and Daryl almost beat the shit out of that dude for doing what he did last episode.

I gotta give this episode a 10, I think it is probably the best episode this season. The moment with Rick and Carl just mowing down zombies left and right with Ak's was just fucking awesomely badass! Thats the kind of father son bonding that I want to see during the Apocalypse  Carl saved Rick's ass once again and is proving that he is the John Conner of the Walking Dead!

To answer the question of why the guy wanted to be locked in with a person that was about to turn is I think because that was his son and he just didn't want to leave his kid. I can understand that, he probably figured if his son was gonna die he might as well go ahead and die anyways, what does he have left to live for kinda thing.

I thought it was good with the tension early, but then everybody turned into a zombie at the same time? That was just stupid.

I still cared at the end, but just too many coincidences and Herschel so reluctant to kill drops the score to a 7.

And for fuck's sake, Maggie, stop kissing bloody Glenn. In case you haven't heard, there's a deadly, contagious disease going around.

Those weren't AKs, they were M15s.

I like that Rick told Hershel and Maggie about Carol immediately.

The only time it made sense is when he didn't want the oxygen bag to be hit. Other than that, he was playing it way too close to the vest.

Mostly for Rick and Carl tag teaming against the zombies. I hope to see more of that, it looked like Rick realized it’s necessary for Carl to do that sort of thing and his son is good at it.

The Governor reveal felt tacked on.
