At the Toei studio park they had a few rooms with the Kamen Rider costumes. That was pretty cool. Didn't have these types of attractions though...

Attractions for "TOEI Hero World" Museum Revealed

The official website for "TOEI HERO WORLD", the world's first museum dedicated to expose a vast collection containing the story of tokusatsu heroes, have finally opened. The site lists the attractions available once the museum opens this December.

In partnership with Namco, TOEI put a "hands on" and thought of a museum facing the entertainment that brings together elements of creative art linked to the TOEI Tokusatsu Heroes, as well as the movies in one place! "TOEI HERO WORLD: NAMCO MUSEUM ACTION" was created so they could be immortalized and thus, always remembered by several generations.

See article for the attractions.

Creepy.

Matsudaira Ken is probably most famous for his role as the main character in the Abarenbo Shogun series.

He played a very similar shogun in the Kamen Rider OOO movie.

Ken Matsudaira, Meet Android Ken Matsudaira
In 2012, Matsudaira starred in a commercial series for Smart TV Box, a high-tech cable television interface, dressed as an android version of himself and doing a new, more techno variation on his famous dance. Earlier this week, he reappeared on stage in his android costume... only to come face-to-face with an actual android of himself, appropriately called "Real Android Matsuken" (Matsuken being the shortened form of Ken Matsudaira). It was made over a period of four months as part of KDDI's commercial campaign for Smart TV Box. Its face is made of silicon and resembles Matsudaira's sharply, because it was cast from Matsudaira's own face — he had to cover his face in plaster and lay for about an hour without moving. Apart from the head, the android is just a robotic frame, with a height nearly matching Matsudaira's. It can move its facial "muscles" and neck.

Shokotan's Nuigurumaa Z Film Trailer Streamed

The Movie Collection film news website began streaming a trailer on Friday for Nuigurumaa Z, the first film with idol and actress Shoko Nakagawa (Shokotan) in a lead role.

In the tokusatsu (special-effects) comedy, Nakagawa plays Yumeko Aikawa a.k.a. "Dame-ko" (no-good-girl), a girl in lolita fashion who transforms into Nuigurumaa when she combines with a pink teddy bear (nuigurumi no kuma). She fights with the villain Takeshi, who plans to take over the world using zombies. The film has 109 zombies on the set — the most on any Japanese film.
