![]() A new series of teasers promises a wedding at the House of Ideas. Marvel has been sending out wedding invitation teasers to sites like Newsrama today, advertising some kind of wedding in April. The teaser shows a puzzle piece with a bunch of Marvel characters on it, as well as a smear of blood and the phrase "You are cordially invited" and the April 2014 date. There's no information available yet on who will be involved in the nuptials, but some recent comments from Amazing X-Men scribe Jason Aaron may shed some light on the matter. "I can't wait for my big day!" the swooning comic book writer was heard to squeal to his friends when the teaser was first revealed. "And even more importantly, for the big night, if you know what I mean..." "Oh girl!" replied fellow writer Rick Remender, reportedly. "You so nasty!" Could this be true? "I'm not saying you're right," said a manic Marvel Editor in Chief Axel Alonso, refusing to confirm or deny the rumors that Aaron would finally be marrying his longtime love interest, Wolverine, in April. "But if you are, it would mark the first marriage between a writer and a fictional character in the history of comics. It's sure to change the face of the Marvel Universe for years to come!" Alonso excused himself to go and talk to USA Today. At press time, Jason Aaron was seen flipping through multiple binders full of wedding dresses and decor ideas that he had compiled over the course of several years while singing "Here comes the bride, bub." Here's the teaser, which we expect we'll see more of in the coming days: Written or Contributed by Jude Terror READ THIS ARTICLE ON THE FRONT PAGE, HUMANS! |

The Asgardian-related folk seem to be the most enthusiastic. I'm happy to see Agents of Atlas are not forgotten. |
