I thought that movie was disappointing. It seemed like a very paint-by-numbers biopic. And the thing is, I usually like those kind of flicks (like Hitchcock--that was better than I was expecting).
It didn't help that Amanda Seyfried looks nothing like Linda Lovelace.
Peter Sarsgaard was fantastic, though.

12 Years a Slave- fuckin' brutal to watch, good flick though
American Hustle- it was good
Grand Budapest Hotel- got to see this with the wife, we loved it.

Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street

I think this is the first musical I've ever watched. Not bad. Especially when things start to pick up about halfway through.

I watched this last night and it's a good description of the movie. Fun being the keyword there.
