Obviously, I have no knowledge, but really, who else could it be that would matter for across the entire Marvel line?

Not that I'm complaining -- I don't think Doom's profile has been too high of late, if it is, indeed, him

It should be Baron Zemo. Exposing the sins of the heroes of the Marvel Universe would be perfectly in line with his character development in Thunderbolts and Captain America. I doubt that they'll make him the big bad behind a major crossover, but it should be him.
