Justice League 3000 #5
I think Giffen has been listening to reader comments. This issue he scales way back on the endless sniping between the League members and between the Twins and focuses on giving us a mostly all-action issue. Batman and Ariel deal with the Convert's mind-controlled Takron-Galtos inmates while Superman and Wonder Woman take on Kali.
Cadmus then sends a regenerated Flash and a newly generated Firestorm to assist and rescue both teams which gives them some decent screen-time and an interesting insight into both their "new"personalities and battle strategies. As the League members are reunited, Flash's extraction plan is

corrupted by Coeval which leaves are heroes in a bit of a jam.

Heh. I was about to say Porter's art is looking better on JL3K, and then I read the credits.
