No one should ever ask comic book geeks a question about comics because they will be ridiculed with a viciousness.

Google is probably safer and it doesn't judge as harshly.

To be honest, I had to think for a second to figure out what Project: Rebirth is.

And then I felt like an idiot for not knowing it right away. Heck, it's mentioned in Cap #255, which is the issue that provides, as far as I'm concerned, the definitive origin of Cap.
