Actually, in the fifth issue with all the flash backs, Land uses actual pencil work and the hyperrealism of the coloring is toned down, it looks a lot better. Almost good.

I really don't mind Land's art in Mighty Avengers.

But where is this thread about him tracing pornstars?
Are there side by side camparisons? Cause that would be hilarious!

There was one somewhere once. With the screenshots next to the panels. It may not have been here though cause it sounds like huxford's wheelhouse to me. And he never posted here much.

I don't know Greg Land's stuff except when someone posts this kind of link. I have to ask, though, what's the difference between photo tracing and photo reference?

Photo reference is usually when the artist gets models to pose and use those photos. For example, Alex Ross used a photo of his parents as reference for Mr. Fantastic and the Invisible Woman kissing in Marvels.

Photo tracing is what Land does.
