It's a good suggestion, but I still don't think it would save the site. I would run the name-change idea past Matt Brady, though, it would probably help the traffic ratings.

Is there a list of community guidelines someone could post a link to?

Somewhat. It's okay in moderation but when there's many threads or a thread with many posts with posters bitching in it about 'Rama, it gets old quickly.

There was susposed to be a "no bashing other boards" rule a longish time ago when OldRama got Plucked!, bit it's kinda fallen by the wayside.
