Whoever gets Punchy mod status in the mod game (he just needs one more vote by my count) will have the opportunity to pick Flash: Rebirth since it should be out that week.

Since modding Punchy was done by an outsider, my pick will go to any Review Group member who mods Kid Impulse now that he's in the game.
