I find them just kinda, sorta, almost funny.
Feels like a sitcom joke where the wacky neighbor pops in for a scene and says something extremely rude, only we don't get to see the whole show.

It does have a certain minimalist quality to it.
it's just "BAM", straight to the punch line, with no wasted words or lines.

The second one works best for me. I think that kind of humour only appeals to Scandinavians and a subset of Brits, but when it hits that nerve it hits hard.
