Well, I'm sure there's some leg-less mutt out there somewhere.... ;-)

It's sunny and cool here too. I even had to take off my sweatshirt. It was cloudy and grey yesterday though.

I don't care how expensive it is...one day, I'm gonna live there, dammit.

The Pacific Northwest is gorgeous. I felt the same way for awhile but there aren't enough colored folk (any variety) for me to ever seriously consider a move there.

My personal favorite spot is definitely Austin. My fundraising contacts are too NYC-centric for me to consider a move there now, but maybe a few years downt he line.

I am probably spoiled by NYC, but I never felt like there were many at all when I visited. NYC is just so packed that you see every variation of human being imaginable on a regular basis. Pacific NW seems to be one of those places where you only see people of color in specific area. Also, they looked at me and my ex- who is white- like we were an exhibit at the zoo- which was rare in NYC and even Prescott, AZ).

I was in West Palm Beach for New Years, and yes, it was amazing.

Same. I would live there if they had a good transit system.

That's one of the things I like about living near Washington, D.C.

I checked the weather when I was at work. The part of Ohio I live in is actually colder than Alaska.
