Source: Kevin Feige Confirms 'Ms. Marvel' Plans

Marvel's current cinematic blockbuster, Avengers: Infinity War, leaves the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) in an interesting place. The next two films, Ant-Man and the Wasp and Captain Marvel take place before the current movie and fans, always interested in the future of the MCU, have even more questions about what the the future will bring. Well the ever-chatty Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige dropped a big hint (that is, gave us a character) about what we can expect.

During an interview with the BBC, the interviewer asked Feige about the shape-changing Inhuman and Muslim character  Ms. Marvel, aka. Kamala Khan:

"We're doing Captain Marvel right now. Captain Marvel's shooting right now with Brie Larson. Ms. Marvel, which is another character in the comic books, the Muslim hero who is inspired by Captain Marvel, is definitely sort of, uh, in the works. We have plans for that once, once we've introduced Captain Marvel to the world."

So there you have it, we now know of one new hero who will be in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Can we expect the rest of the Champions? Of course, no release date has been announced for Ms. Marvel, but we'll keep a look out for it.
