Marvel Monsters!

I don't know wy, but I always loved the old Marvel Monsters... If not for the stories, just their design. And names. Anyone else like these guys? Saw an article about them on marvel.com that made me write this...

I wonder if something is coming up?

Buy the Marvel Monsters HC and make sweet love to it for it is worth every penny! Also, as Bubba said, Fin Fang Four is getting a new release. I know that at least part of it has reprints, but hopefully there is a new story in there somewhere.

More proof (as if you needed any) that Jason Aaron's Ghost Rider is awesome.

He's using this guy in his last arc:

I saw no mention of Gorgilla, Zzutak, or Zzzax. How can anyone forget them?

Dude I'm the number one fan of Marvel Monsters on this board! I have all the original fifth week one shots, the Bloodstone files, reprints and soon the HC of Marvel Monsters. Plus my favorite blog posts of mine, check them! Some are links to great resources!

I found the 1st appearance of Fin Fang Foom (Strange Tales #89) at a flea market when I was a teenager for a buck! VF condition to boot!

Roger Langridge is coming to Heroes Con this year. I may have to go track these down!

Dude! Special request if its no inconvenience, a sketch or an autograph for me please! You have no idea how big a fan I am of him, just ask C-Matty. I visit his site every week! I'm a big fan of his works like Fred The Clown, Mugwhump the Great and Knuckles the Malevolent Nun. Did you know he does the Muppets comics for boom Studios?

Pretty pretty please! I'd pay you!

If you can talk Channa into coming with me to the con I'll get one for you. If she won't come though I'd end up going by myself, and that wouldn't be so much fun. Still, I'm debating pretty heavily about what alternatives I have, and who I'd actually take with me if I were to go without her.

Have at it. Matty wants to go to Heroes Con and dry hump Eric Powell's leg while whistling the Leave it to Beaver theme song.

I do, and I just bought a blank cover limited edition from Ultimate Comics copy of #1 to have him sketch me a Gonzo! I bought 4 but I've given the other three to friends. thefourthman may have more!

I'll be there all three days, so I should be able to get you at least a personalized autograph. Not sure if he sketches or not or what kind of lines he'll have. But if it's at all doable, I'll be glad to!
