Umbrella Academy: Dallas (spoliers)

It's over now, what did you think? I loved it. Hard to say if it's better than the first.

Kraken was oddly quiet in the final issue.

All the dialogue betw. Number 5 and himself was gold. "Why are you so stubborn?!" "You tell me!"

The reveal of
Rumor in the car with JFK
was nuts. Just nuts.

The "lyrical" ending went a bit long for me--would have preferred a bit more "traditional" storytelling--but the lyrics were still good.

The one thing that doesn't make sense is Hazel and Cha-Cha. They're the ones that blew up the world, yet they were working for the agency that was trying to prevent that.

Moonboy leaves the team...yet again though. Seriously, the poor bastard needs to man the fuck up. :-D

Hopefully we really do get the next volume by the end of the year. They should just start going scott pilgrim style and give us the full 6 issue runs in trade form at least once a year. I could get behind that.

I'm going to reread the mini later to see if it's something referenced earlier in the comic.

As soon as the trade comes out, I'll look.
