Ex-Titans and Ravens QB Steve McNair was found shot to death in Nashville.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Former Titans quarterback Steve McNair has been killed. Police said McNair suffered a fatal gunshot wound to the head in downtown Nashville.

The incident happened at 2nd South & Lea Ave. Police said it looked like a double homicide. A female victim was also found dead.

Huh? Are you sure you're not confusing McNair with Vince Young?

I think Chap pretty much summed up my feelings about this. He was one of my all-time favs. As much the word 'tough' is thrown around with QBs like Favre, I considered Steve to be at the top of the list.

It's probably best to hold off on the sympathy until we are certain that he didn't kill the girl before he killed himself. Otherwise, these situations end up having biting you in the ass.
