FUCK YEAH I CALLED IT!! You called me mad. Crazy. There's no way there can be a White Lantern or light. WELL GUESS WHAT!? I'm right! Just not about the eyes yet. DAMNIT I KNOW I WILL!

Course to get the white light it's all Captian Planety..

By all seven corps leaders powers combine into the white light they defeat the Black Lanterns. Of course.. there's a catch.. guess who has to get all five remaining leaders to the cause of wiping out the BLs? Why it's the living god amongst them Hal Jordan. :roll:

Damnit Johns. Anyway.. Ray's alright. He was hiding in Catar's ring. Indigo Lantern show's up and take's care of Raph and Sue BLs.

BL Ronnie merges with Jason and take's out Gen. More spoilers accoming. But really.. damn. I knew it was building to Hal Jordan ultimate savior. But it still burns.

You should change their name to Zechs is Always Right!

Also Barry tries to do what should have been done in #1. Taking off the fucking BL rings. He does but the darn things just replicate. They're like plants. The moment that ring is on a corpse it's like a plant with roots Barry explains.

And yeah Gen is dead. How long though is the question. Also Ray took a good gander at the BLs right to see that they're nothing like GL's. He theorizes the ring take possession of the dead. So it's not really them brought back to life. It's all the ring's doing. Hence no Deadman returning to his own body.

But yeah the Indigo Lanterns are the deus ex machina of Blackest Night. It appears they're only purpose is they're BL killers. Also in Black Hand's diary Atroctis.. whatever the hell the Rage Lanterns leader named is and Phantom Stranger are next on his hit list.

Also next issue is Power Levels at 100%.

By the way.. BL Ronnie kills Gen after Jason bonds with him then forces him to watch him take Gen apart. Damnit Johns.

the way i read it, when any other corps combines their ring powr with a GL's light THAT is what leaves BL's susceptible to permanent damage. so reall ythe GL's are the necessary power to defeat the BL's.

I figured out the reason why I'm not liking Blackest Night. In Sinestro Corps War it was everyone involved. Hal, Kyle, John, and Guy. Here? It's all Hal. And that's why this so sucks thus far. Johns fanboy attitude with Hal is why I can't get into this main book.

I am too, though I am enjoying GL despite it. I'm just a bit annoyed that DC seem to want to go backward - Ray Palmer is the Atom again, Hal is the greatest GL of all, Barry is the Flash again, despite having been surpassed by Wally a thousand times over. Now I'm worried that Blackest Night will bring back every dead character for their 'happy ending.'
