I didn't see you doing any backflips for Haunt.

I didn't hate it, it reminded me an awful lot of Spawn, but then I didn't even bother finishing Destroyer or Marvel Zombies 2, however Invincible and Walking Dead are two of my favorite titles, so I am interested when he has a new book and I would be curious to read something that old.


In the end Haunt didn't feel like a Kirkman book, it felt like a MacFarlane book.

Turns out I had had dealings with the one guy on the ebay email... the guy who sent it had a problem, looks like the guy likes to say that he didn't receive items that didn't have tracking numbers, but I track everything religiously so I can't help the guy out with his little investigation...

BUt I am not complaining about being bored, either and I have it on the stack at home along with Haunt and Teen Titans, cause I never wrote that one up what with three hour three mile drives and my daughter having the flu.

Haunt #1: Kirkman/Ottley/McFarlane/Capullo Image $2.99
I was quite surprised by this, it didn’t suck. Is it straight out of the 90’s sure parts of it are but you know what it ain’t such a bad thing. Kirkman and McFarlane created this together and you can really tell they put some effort into this. Ryan Ottley and Greg Capullo do an interesting job on art, Todd McFarlane then inks which I don’t know is a good thing. It makes the art look a bit Lenil Yu looking but not in a good way. I think once the art gets all think kinks worked out this will be a book I can’t wait to read month after month. As far as this first issue goes, lots a great stuff was done here defiantly a step in the right direction.
