How about Ryan Doumit? That dude is not fucking around. His first two games back he goes 1-for-8, but in his last three games he's been a total beast.

.818 AVG., 4 HRs, 8 RBIs, 5 Rs <--- That's dirty

I was on the Doumit bandwagon last year. Too bad I got outbid on him in the strat draft this year...

AWESOME walk-off opposite-field HR by Cabrera to win the game and sweet the series against the White Sox.

God what a great game. I'm just sorry that Kenny, who pitched a GREAT game, couldn't get the win.

But nice win, nice sweep. We're on the way, baby!

It was cool, however I'm glad it only lasted two innings. The limited camera angles made it really hard to tell what was going on any time the ball went into the outfield.

I turned the radio on for a few minutes in the top of the 2nd and Santo had no clue what was going on without the benefit of replay, kind of sad, really.

My Fantasy team could have really used a Save from Todd Jones, but instead he pitches a scoreless ninth and gets the win. :(

Even when he pitches well he screws me.

It's a start. Bravo. I hope they've finally arrived in 2008.

As a Reds fan, (probably the only one around here, heh) there are a couple of news tidbits/rumors that are interesting.

-What will happen to Ken Griffey Jr now that he has hit 600 HRs

-Every year there seems to be a rumor that they are gonna deal Adam Dunn. I have heard rumors the Red Sox might want him since Ortiz is down.

-Yeah, we might have gotten rid of Josh Hamilton who is tearing it up at the Rangers, but we got Edison Vasquez instead, who is looking like a CY young canidate
