Have you levelled with her about this? It's hard to do, and she may not take it the right way at first, but at least you'll have got it out in the open...

I try talking to her, yelling at her, writing her emails, trust me I've done everything. She either blows me off or turns the situation around and attacks me for having the audacity of "criticizing" or that I’m just jealous or some crap. Seriously she's done this several times in the past and I usually ignore the whole thing, it's just that this guy is particularly... grating (not sure if that's the right word, but its the nicest). Trust me my thoughts are out in the open.

From experience she will not listen to you. She will have to make up her own mind. Such is the way of these kind of situations.

Agreed. I've had similar situations in the past, and both times I ended up getting out of the situation (ie finding a new room-mate).
