As always I take these things with a grain of salt but Latino Review does tend to get a lot of early scoops so you never can tell...

I would be happy with either, but Pitt is a bit old for the role.. still, I'm not nitpicky about that. I think it's great that Marvel is serious about this, and are going for A-list stars.

I'm sure I'll get shit for this, but I think Leonardo Dicaprio would be pretty good.

When you have these kick ass "actors actors" like Robert Downey Jr. and Edward Norton playing these lead roles it suddenly makes these parts look very cool. I hope they get both guys for both parts.

I dont think Captain America should look too young to be honest. I think Leo isnt big enough either and I dont think he has the frame to put on enough bulk for this. I don't think Cap needs to be huge, but I just think that Leo won't look right in the costume no matter what

Not from me. He's a great actor.

And before anyone says "he's too small, not the right build", neither was Christian Bale when he got the Batman part. He went through crazy training to get in shape. No reason Leo couldn't too.

But Pitt has really fallen off, IMO. He definitely has started to look his age, and more. Still, like I said.. that stuff doesn't really bother me, I'd be fine with it.

Depends on how they do the costume, I think.

If its more loose fitting and has an army fatigues look, I think he could pull it off.

I could see Leo doing it. The thing with him is, if you give him a role to stretch his wings, he'll do it. But if you give him the pretty boy male lead, he's kind of pigeon-holed into that.

I don't mean straight up green army fatigues, but more of a military look than a superhero/spandex look.

Brad Pitt in Thelma and Louise.

About the same size as Dicaprio.

And he bulked up to this...
