As long as the PS3 has MGS4, yeah.

But there are PS3-exclusive games on the horizon which played into my purchase of the system:

Final Fantasy XIII
Final Fantasy Versus XIII
God of War 3
Killzone 2
Resistance: Rise of Man
Gran Turismo 5
Silent Hill 5
Resident Evil 5 (rumor has it that the 360 version has been dropped by Capcom.. was met with repeated denials from Capcom, but where there's smoke there's fire.. something's up as far as that's concerned for it to pop up on several Japanese media outlets. Still.. just a rumor, and probably not true, given Capcom's multi-platformness of late, with DMC)

That's a pretty big list of exclusives.. enough to warrant owning the system.

And also.. Blu Ray. I don't have an HDTV yet (God, I wish I did... to see MGS4 in high def.. ) but I probably will by this time next year. Granted, there will probably be cheaper Blu-Ray players by then, but if you've already got an HDTV, that's a big reason to own a PS3.

And, again.. my 360 is a piece of crap. There's only so much screeching noises from the system I can take at a time, even if it's not doing anything to the discs.

Honestly, right now.. the tide has turned a bit, I believe.

Things are looking up for Sony, whereas the 360 doesn't really have a MUST-HAVE exclusive until Gears of War 2 late in the year.

I got it for 360, because I didn't have a PS3 yet.. but I MAY trade it in and get it for PS3 instead. Not sure yet. I'm REALLY not sure I can go back to my 360's insane noisey-ness for anything less than GoW2.

I wanted The Show badly when I had a 360. I'm so glad I can finally play it.

Best baseball game ever. Graphics are sick, and the gameplay is awesome.. very fluid motions from the players in the field, and the presentation is great. Perfect. Well.. the pitching would be a little better if it used the right analog like the 2K series.

It's in my room.. it's fairly big, but, like I said.. my 360 makes a sometimes-loud-sometimes-not so loud whiney-scratchy noise. It sounds the exact same as it does when the disc is getting completely annihilated inside the system. The first time I heard it, I thought my disc was getting scratched to hell.. but it's not affecting the discs at all. My best guess is that something is lose in there and when it's on it's rubbing up against something else. Because if I move my 360, sometimes it disappears completely and I then only have to deal with the airplane jet fans.

Dont remember. It was that uneventful. I went on a date, drove some cars, killed some fools, got bored and played baseball

ok, i know that sound. I had that too but it played fine... but I wasn't having it. Luckily I had paid for that replacement program so I took it back to GS and got it replaced. The new one just sound like a jet engine but no screeching noises

yeah, that sounds like the beginning of the game where everything is boring and tedious. it really does pick up once you relocate cause you fuck someone over
