I dropped Madame Xanadu like a bad habit after the first boring ass trade, and Echo is pretty decent, but far from living up to the hype I heard about it.

I labored through their first arc in hopes that it would get better. It didn't.

I could go back and read the stuff that happened after I dropped it that people said was good, but we reviewed that issue in the middle or right after Haunted and it was boring just like their first arc so I don't wanna.

Is this the first time Pepper has had armor? I'd be kinda surprised if it was, it makes sense that with as long as she's been around Tony it would happen sooner or later.

...and it was a search and rescue suit with no weapons so it's not like she was out taking on Hydra and The Mandarin.

Didn't they recently make Alfred Owlman in The Outsiders or something equally retarded?

My problem with Pepper being Rescue (apart from the silly name) is that it's just another character who's useful in their role as a non-powered support being dragged into superheroics for no real reason, what does she gain as a character?
Also i don't think Fraction's been writing her that well, from the "oh i have a chest device but i don't want to be a weapon rubbish in the first arc (as well as the magnetic floating thing and Rand copout that was a really weak scene) to last issues "Why should Stark get to live when Happy didn't", she asked Tony to turn off his life support for godsakes.

Also the armor design sucks but that's just one of my problems with Larocca.
