I don't think so. I believe it's more related to the Final Crisis series.

It should still tie in to Countdown a tiny bit, though. What with Karate Kid dying and starting the Great Disaster in Earth 51.

Yes, it'd be nice for more of a Legion presence in these big deals, but I'm happy with a little as it means less damage could occur.

I'm wondering when Shooter's last issue is. I could probably continue if Manapul stays on the book, but it really depends on the writer.

I suspect that Shooter's only going to write fro about a year and then that's it. The title could get another reboot at that point.

Too bad. Shooter feels like he's starting to have fun right now.

I think that Johns Neo Classic will become the ongoing.
But after Shooter's run.

Title: Long Live Levitz's Legion!

Dawnstar's primo fan in da house

Postby Greybird » Sun Jul 19, 2009 7:37 am

As good a thread as any to bump with my first post, better than some, methinks ...

Dawnstar's primo fan in da house! That may be boasting, but this seems to be the place to do it! I'm certainly in the upper echelon anyway, after 27 years.

Try the link in my .sig image for comics and related matters, or this one, for winged-humanoid interests in art:

Looking forward to seeing Dawnstar's first solo DC cover in 25 years, this coming Wednesday, with the long-delayed conclusion of Final Crisis: Legion of 3 Worlds. Hope nobody spoils it before then *sigh*

I love all Legions, but DnA's work is my favourite. From Legion Lost to Legion Worlds and then the ongoing Legion, they told a massive, overarching, epic story that dicks on anything they've done since.

I've really been enjoying Legion of 3 Worlds, although I'd like more of, em, a Legion presence in it. Johns has made me into a big Polar Boy fan with his work so far, and I can't wait for the back-ups in Adventure Comics.

Starman can suck a goat though.
