tonight for girls' night on the town. Our original plan was to go shoot pool, but we can't find any pool halls within reasonable driving distance which aren't skeevy. Since Jude knocked her up (again), anything involving alcohol or heaving lifting isn't feasible (so no bowling or bars or clubs). I've checked the local cultural places and since it's a tuesday, nothing is really happening on that front. We've considered going to a movie or taking a board game to a coffee shop but aren't really thrilled with either of those options.

So we turn to you, the Outhouse, for both serious and silly suggestions. However none of the suggestions should result in the use of camcorders, nudity, or Jude crying.

We need to decide before I leave work... and... go.

That sucks about skeevy pool halls. I wish there was a non-skeevy pool hall in my area.

That's the crappy thing: I know some in the Edison area, but that's too far of a haul for tonight. If we could go that far, we'd go to Dave and Busters in Philly instead.

Is there a Micheal's or AC Moore in the area? You could buy some cool beads and make some necklaces or bracelets.

My boss's wife is a retired art teacher with an emphasis on pottery. I've told him he needs to get her to open one of those shops here--they are quite popular for birthday parties in other cities I've lived in.
