I don't like G'Nort. I just don't get the appeal.
I've never read The Authority.
Connor is cool and would work well on the JSA, if the roster wasn't already way way too big.

G'nort makes me laugh and I like the JLI issues he was in (particularly the Antarctica special) but I don't think I could ever narrow down a top 10 list enough to include him.
I liked other characters in Authority much more than Jenny Sparks, though I've never read her Stormwatch appearances.
I like Connor a lot too. His series is probably my favorite thing Dixon's done. Morrison had him kick ass in that JLA story too. I agree he should be a regular in some team book.

G'Nort - He's kind of lame and yet I feel he needs to be in GLC
Jenny Sparks - Ahhhh a chain smoking ass kicking brit written by Ellis. My favorite too she's a tough broad
Connor - He's ok. He was a bit of a Mary Sue for a while though.

But I want a matching set for my shelf.

Holy crap, G'nort smokes??
Am I the only one amused by the juxtaposition of G'nort next to Jenny Sparks on this list?
I need to read Planetary. The more I learn about it the more intrigued I am.

I can't say I'm all that interested in Manhunter and the same for this version of Starman.
Etrigan is cool, although he's cooler as a demon possessed by a human than in any version in which he acts all evil and such.

Thank you Troy for the sig

Etrigan is a special case, when he's possessed by Jason Blood he's heroic, but he's villain if he gets out of hell on his own.

Alfred is one of the few non-powered supporting characters that I don't mind seeing on this list.
Deadman is cool.

Jason Blood is what makes Etrigan cool, because without Blood, Etrigan is just another evil demon.

G'Nort is a good comedy character.
Conner Hawke deserved better than what he got. He's one of the better legacy characters and he's basically been thrown by the wayside.
