Best Super Daybreakers Tournament - Round 1

For the Best Super Daybreakers Tournament, imagine a world where everyone is a vampire except 2 superheroes/villains and a small population of non hero humans. It's up to those 2 super characters to try to find a cure, rally the humans, and solicit the aid of sympathetic vampires who also seek a cure, while at the same time having the powers or abilities to fight off those vampires that seek to turn them. Each participant submitted 2 entries of a team of two comicbook characters, one team from Marvel and one from DC, who they think would be the best duo to complete that task. You the voters will decide which Daybreaker duo would make the most interesting story by voting for your preference in each matchup. Anyone can vote.

Round 1 matchups

Professor X-Black Widow(9) - The better of the two. She'll keep them safe and he'll gather them.
Batman-Wonder Woman(12) - Wondy's probably better in this situation than the Flash.
Ares-Dr Doom(2) - The God of War can definately wage war on the vamps while Doom could create a cure.
Brainiac 5-Infectious Lass(20) - Brainiac 5 alone makes this a worthy team.
Monica Rambeau-Morbius(8 ) - Smart picks. She turns into light and he's been trying to cure his vampirism for years now.
Batman-Mr Terrific(1) - Two of the smartest men on the planet? Yeah, this team works.
Hank Pym-Hulk(Bruce Banner)(17) - They're geniuses AND they can protect folks.
Wonder Woman-Lex Luthor(15) - She's maternal and he's a genius
Nick Fury-Amadeus Cho(3) - Cho's a smartie and Fury can keep them safe underground
Huntress-The Accomplished Perfect Physician(13) - He's the PERFECT Physician...
Beast-Dr Doom(4) - Two of the smartest guys on the planet!
Atom(RP)-Lex Luthor(in battle armor)(2) - Luthor can and has cured cancer, while the Atom is a genius in his own right (and too small to be eaten)
Captain America-Morbius(6) - Morbius is the brains and Cap will keep morale high.
Robotman-Dr Light II(8 ) - They can't bite Robotman
Black Panther-Blade(12) - BP's a genius and Blade knows how to kill vamps
Martian Manhunter-Batman(14) - See my reasons above for Prof X and BW.
Hank Pym-Spider-man(1) - Spidey needs to show off that big brain of his.
Swamp Thing-John Constantine(17) - John Constantine's wicked scary, man.
Kitty Pryde-Nightcrawler(18 ) - What good would Howard the Duck do?
Superman-Batman(10) - Power and brains.
