It's just too bad as a teenager, trying to make space at my mom's recommendation, I didn't recognize how valuable they would become. Although I don't really care. I played the life out of those things.
I had the small collectable ones back in the 70s.
Yeah, the super robots of that time had more tricks then a room full of hookers.
I got the HCM of the Reideen in the 80s, still got it on display.
That happens with every generation. My original Star Wars figures, except the droids, got handed to cousins of mine behind my back by my folks. At first I didn't mind until a few weeks later when I found out how much they could cost. I was pissed off, but later gave up and took revenge on them. I felt much better then.
