I liked this, this new world is ripe with storytelling possibilities, and there's lots of mysteries set up. I particularly liked the take on the Spirit, I'll be checking out that ongoing for sure, and probably Doc Savage too.

So if I would have given a book a 7, it will be 7 * .549, giving it an actual score of 3.843. This is based on the fact that X-Men Forever is the most perfect comic of all time, and therefore represents the highest possible grade on the scale.

can we vote to kick jude out for this confusing bullshit?

Why is this funny? When have I ever rated a comic badly out of spite?

Not that I can remember. You just
refuse to review books out of spite.

My refusal to review Teen Titans and X-Men Forever was not done of spite, but out of love, I refuse to lower your averages!

So you didn't join your friends in reading books that you felt you wouldn't care for because you love us?

You'd have been more pissed off if I did review it and slated it.

I'm not actually pissed off about anyone who read the book and gave it a bad review. I'm more pissed off that people, even people who hadn't read an XMF comic, already decided they hated it before reading it, and either refused to give it a try or allowed their bias to cloud their review. If you don't like something, you don't like it. But I thought the purpose of this was to try books you wouldn't normally read with an open mind. XMF is the first book in a long time in here that I was reading anyway, and didn't get specifically for the group.
