It would have been funnier if he'd rolled a blunt and sparked it.

I will find this eventually. And it feels good not to be the biggest asshole in the group anymore.

I'll be getting this on Free Comic Book Day. The main reason I picked this was it seemed to be the most reader friendly comic out of the two new comics that I'm gonna buy (Secret Warriors was the other one).

I think you're somewhat abrasive attitude at times that can tend to border on immaturity to the Nth degree is what did it. He was relativily new and didn't understand that when you turn on that "persona" it's much easier just to ignore you until you become a nice young man again. The Twig we all know and love.

I'm sending him an email and hopefully will see him next week at my comic shop. I really want him back.

Siege: Secret Warriors #1

Here's a bit of a dilema in a review. I've been reviewing almost all the Siege one shots this month and so far the only two that have really proven themselves are Young Avengers and Loki. I did enjoy Spider-Man as well, but none of them has really delivered on showing anything really important to add to the Siege story.

Secret Warriors is the some of the same. Not a bad story at all, in fact there were moments that I actually enjoyed. I've never read any of the SW books so this was my first foray into this team.

Enjoyed Nick and Steve's scene as well as the letter that was written at the end of the story. Some of the dialogue seemed a bit clunkey though, and how Ares' son was able to get as far as he did shows a total lack of reality when it comes to protection of the President. I just didn't buy it.

Art was okay, at times very remincisent of John Romita Jr. at his best. Still I didn't find anything here that made me want to check out it's own book or anything here that furthered the Siege story, either. Therefore it kind of failed.

Story: 6
Art: 7
My Score: 6.75
