Randy Orton is the only man who should take the belt off Punk. Would he not be injured, he'd be Raw's MVP so far in '08.

While HBK has put on classics this year (amazing for his age) and Austin Aries is probably the wrestler of the year out of every active worker worldwide, Randy Orton has been the driving force and most captivating character on the biggest show in wrestling. Shame he got hurt.

I would love to see Punk do a heel turn but not as a partner of JBL. I am all for the Million Dollar Nightmare join forces with JBL, that would be perfect for all involved. Punk would need to be a solo heel I think, or have a group that he puts together himself.

This is not a joke post, as I feel this group is one of my favorite heel groups of all time.

Punk should reform Right to Censor.

I agree. Orton is one of my favorite heels in the business right now and I really don't get all the hate he gets. He puts on good matches, is a decent talker, and does great reaction faces. He works well with any kind of worker from hardcore to technical to brawlers to high fliers to big guys. He's a great natural heel. I think he and Punk would put on a spectacular program.

You guys forget that William Regal is eligible to return on the Monday night after GAB. He's technically beaten Punk in the KOTR finals. He's next. Or he should be. He has every right to be. That feud would be sweet.

Punk has the right attitude with the Straight Edge gimmick to pull this off, but his look isn't right. I think if they changed his looked it would throw off his whole dynamic. He definitly can pull off the whole "Im better than you" Heel routine, but he would have to come up with something other than RTC.

I just am not seeing how they are gonna bring Regal back? With Hardy they played up the whole real life angle of him being suspended and beating his addictions. Regal was fired, so what angle will they work to bring him back into the mix? Will he just return as a wrestler, only have been fired as the GM? Or will he use the "No One is Running the show" angle and just show back up outtta nowhere?

I totally agree with you on that one. I think that Punk works better with guys more his style and size. He puts on decent matches with big guys but really shines when he goes at it with more mat based technical wrestlers. Seeing Punk against Edge, HBK, Jericho, or Orton would be much more entertaining to me.

Im telling you, he's going heel. Raw has too many faces with Mysterio, HBK, Punk, Cena and Batista.

Only Jericho and JBL are main-event heels and I really dont believe the rumors that Batista is going to turn because he can't carry a heel program effectively IMO.

I would have no problem with that, but after Dave it would feel like a step down in many fans eyes. Regal isn't a World Title contender, or at least he hasn't been shown as one. I'd love to see him get that push and Punk would be a great opponent for him, but I don't see it happening.

I hope that doesn't happen, I am digging the whole Outlaws, wild west, anything can happen atmosphere on RAW right now. I don't want to see anyone taking charge now.

OK that would be cool, except a big Hell No to Hass and Val. Bring up some new talent and let Punk mold them, like Edge did with Hawkins and Ryder.

Kane turned last night and is a top level guy. I think that can carry them until Orton returns in a month or two. I'll be shocked if Punk isn't a heel by this time next year, but I think he'll stay face until he loses the title and then there will be a gradual change that doesn't go into effect until either the Rumble or Mania.
