I think certain communities will try to block it, if they get word that it's coming. Certainly some countries would find it to violate their laws. We've got some pretty strong SCOTUS precedent finding that depictions of minors having sex that don't actually use minors as models isn't child porn. But there's also plenty of righteous minded folks that never let a litte thing like legal precedent get in the way of some moral crusade.
But more than that, I think it's hefty price tag is going to make it scarce. What LCS is going to drop the coin on a book that 1) might get them arrested, and 2) might just sit on the shelf for months? Your best bet is to pre-order it, or check with you LCS ahead of time. Or even better, your local Borders/Barnes and Noble. This is really the kind of book that would be better insulated at a book store. They sell the Kama Sutra, after all, and other books on sexuality. While those may not contain cartoon images of child porn, they are certainly plenty explicit.
