I mean I like the banter.. I LOVE the banter but am finding it hard to pick out the comic book talk... I admit this is also because I get my comics monthly and so only have 2 or 3 days when I'm truly 'with-it'

Indeed. We won't be going through the same board strife that OldRama went through when they decided to subforum everything. :)

If you go to your profile, there is an option that turns off the comic threads being found in the asylum. Once that's checked, all your comic book talk can be found in The News Stand! :D

I am SO happy to find out about this fix. I know I haven't been around much lately, but the comic threads showing in The Asylum was keeping me away too.

Any chance of a Techie sub forum? Or is that oversaturation. I've asked and had it installed at other mess boards and it's been real helpful to the community and people who like to geek out about that stuff can have at it, while also helping those of us that are less tech-capable or incline to know about that stuff.

So, yea, requesting a techie-sub forum. T.V.'s video games, computers, phones, audio equipment, etc.

I still want a subforum but only for articles and Op-eds. Just so they dont clog up the message board proper.

Oh and a damn youtube button. I hate having to remember specific size requirements.

Is there a way to control how many posts we can put on each page? I remember the old Newsarama (I know, I know, shut it, Gary) had 10 as the default, but you could go to either 25 or 50 (or was it 100) posts per page. 10 posts is WAY to small for me.

It's under profile. Number of posts per page.

I'd like the ability that once you log on it takes you back to the page you were at.

Frequently I log on to respond to a post and then it is either search for it again or hit back 3 times.

Hmm I think it's supposed to do that. Are you talking about the quick login boxes at the bottom of the page? Maybe I can fix that.

What happens if you just hit the quote button on a post?
