It'll be interesting to see Red Hulk's growth as a character from now on.

Shocker.

So wait, I have been out of Hulk for a bit. Last time I saw him he was the Green Dumb version, so is he now the Green Intelligent version like he was on Planet Hulk again? How did that happen?

Hulk is back to smart Hulk again, when he first came back after beating Sentry at the end of WWH he was suffering from memory loss and was "dumb" or "savage" Hulk for a bit while fighting Red Hulk the first time. Red Hulk stripped him of all the "gamma rays" and he reverted back to Banner for a while until Osborne jump started the transformations again which was capped off by Banner absorbing all the "Hulked Out Heroes" gamma rays and once again becoming the Hulk. This current version of the Hulk is very much like the Professor Hulk where he has Banners smarts and Hulks strengths, plus the changes are just made at will now.

So he can turn to Hulk or Banner whenever he wants?

Hmmmm..

Why would Hulk ever want to turn back into Banner, doesn't he hate Banner?
