Every time I go to GRRM's blog to see if he's posted an update on the next book it makes me want to punch his fat ugly face. :x :x :x

He needs to stop living in the real world and get back to the fictional world!

I've been interested in these books for a while, even bought the first one, but have never gotten around to them.
Loved Martin's work in the Wild Cards books, but I'm a sucker for alternate realities and have never gotten into straight up fantasy that much.

Neither have I, but I love these books.

Give them a go.

I'm a pretty slow reader, so this series seems like a such a big time investment.

It's probably best that you're slow, the slower you are, the more likely it is that Book 5 will be out by the time you finish 4!

I need to re-read these...
The Red Wedding was the most shocking thing I have ever read to this day.

Any predictions on what will happen (if anything ever does happen, come on GRRM!)
I love the theory of
[Reveal] Spoiler: Click to Expand
John Snow being the son of Rhaegar and Lyanna

Yeah, I reckon R+L=J is definitely true.

I don't have that many predictions, I like to take the story as it comes.

I would have posted this yesterday, but I assumed you guys already had posted it since I'm always late to the party.

Loving the new trailer, looking forward to this... might have to get HBO.

I can't wait for the show to start. Still think the books are dull. :D
