Marvel is pleased to present your first look at X-23 #2, from the red hot creative team of Marjorie Liu and Will Conrad!

Wolverine's soul has been sent to hell while his demonically possessed body has been set loose on his closest friends and allies. This means trouble for Wolverine's protégée X-23, whose head has been filled with terrible visions that are beginning to become very real.

Look what critics have to say about X-23!

"This book moves easily and gracefully forward. X-23 has deserved her own book for a long time now. I'm confident that Liu and Conrad are the right creators to continue and expand her story." – Jesse Schedeen, IGN.com

"I would be remiss in my reviewer duties if I didn't mention Will Conrad's gorgeous art which, like Liu's characterization, manages to be hard and soft at the same time; and Danni Shinya Luo's spunky cover, which drew me to the issue in the first place. X-23 #1 is a great start to what has the potential to be an amazing series." – David Pepose, Newsarama

Does X-23 have what it takes to eliminate this hell-spawned threat? Find out in X-23 #2!

I just remembered that I have notes for a First Impressions review with all three Wolverine books.

Maybe I'll write that up tonight.

Do not care for any of the covers. (Not that i'd expect they'd care for me.) Looking forward to reading issue one when I get my big box on Friday!

Issue one was surprisingly good, though I doubt that it on its own will win any new fans to the character, which is a shame :-(

But I'm still just jazzed about Dust being in the first issue. Woot!

Yeah Dust was a character I wish on a whole that she was used more. Not that I want her to be the poster character for Muslim sensitivity I just thought she was interesting.

She's up there with Havok and Beast as my favorite X-characters.
