One of the main ideas of Remender's Punisher seems to be if you're going to have Punisher in the 616, then have him in the 616.

Hes been using skrull guns, ant-man shrink helmet, etc.

And it's been awesome

I'm confused by the people who disagree with the notion and want one Max book and one Max-lite book.

I just want the max book, the max book has already set the watermark for the character,everything else seems lame in comparison

I like there being two version, 616 and MAX. Remender's Punisher before FrankenCastle when he's going against 616 characters and using all types of 616 gadgets was beyond fun.

it was fun for about 3 issues then got lame quickly
