No you weren't. There can be a giant mega-sized annotated book with about 10 words for each page or something truly exhaustive packed with information--if this is and merits the more exhaustive kind of annotation and not merely a huge gift book style of annotation, it could be interesting.

The Max FF book was by Mosley, his idea and execution. He really loves the Lee/Kirby FF, so do I...I collect his signed fiction...All the Easy Rawlins books and others...even his straight up sex lit. So one of these days I'll have to get a signed Max FF to complete my collection of his signed works.

But he would kill on a Luke Cage book. I'd put Mosley on FF in a heartbeat though, just to see what he does with it.
