Anyone know if this is in-continuity or not? And if it's any good?

Definitely in-continuity. This is stories told between issues of the regular Iron Man series and set at various time periods. And this series is great.

This current storyline is set after Stark lost his company to Stane.

How many Legacy books are there now and what's their overall theme? Do they tie-in to each other?

2?

X-Men: Legacy is set currently, in-continuity that features Rogue & Magneto.

Iron Man: Legacy has nothing thematically with the X-Men book.

And it's very good, this 2nd arc especially, it features Tony going up against The Pride from The Runaways.

I have no desire to read two Iron Man books, but I really like this art.
