I was gonna change my vote to Orion to spite Blue Streak, but then I saw that Zechs is showing no signs of easing on the butthurt from Cyborg Superman's loss, so I'm sticking with Thanos.

The logic is flawed. Darkseid has become Jobberseid. When a human like Batman can cold-cock the ruler of Apokolips, not to mention the fourteen beat-downs Superman regularly hands him, he's no longer the big bad he's supposed to be.

Darkseid is defeated way too often to be a real threat.

It's a lame out, but at least Marvel retconned that most of Thanos's defeats were clones of him, not the real thing.
AFAIK, the real Thanos has been defeated by himself and Drax, no one else.
