These are kinda nostalgic and not my favorite, but definitely not the best music out there.
I'm actually a fan of AAF without liking their music. They're from around here and sent me a free autographed poster. It was very cool of them.

There's not really any artists I'm ashamed of as I get shit from all of my friends for my music tastes. Too many weird bands for the mainstream people, too many mainstream artists for the indie/weird people, etc.

If I wanted to listen to the equivalent of a musical dump, I would record myself farting on a snare drum and make a melody out of the plops of turds dropping into a toilet bowl.

Hmmm. It depends on my mood; sometimes I want to listen to good, meaningful music and sometimes I want to listen to mindless, overproduced music.

Off the top of my head:

Forever by Chris Brown
A couple of songs off of Madonna's new record; Miles Away and Give It To Me are kinda nice
