Back Pain

Postby Eric » Tue Aug 05, 2008 4:19 pm

I aggravated my back at work by being bent inside of it. When I was at home I bent over slightly and recieved the worst pain I have ever feelt in my entire life, since then my back's been pretty much useless. I went to the doctor yesterday and he gave me meds, but they aren't working and I missed yet another day of work. I'll be fired soon over this shit.

Perhaps you should try to see an osteopath? Also, I would recommend seeing someone about some alternative remedies - sometimes they work better than meds.

I just might switch places with ya.

It's obviously a side effect of all that masturbation you do at work :)

Go see a massage therapist and let them work you over for an hour.

I once pinched a nerve in my back so bad I could barely move. I ended up going to the emergency room freaking out (my one and only trip there ever). The doctor said there wasn't anything to do. The muscles would relax eventually. I ended up getting a massage and it made all the difference. By the following morning I was almost back to normal.

Sounds like there's an interesting backstory to this one...

Nieto and that other guy, my insurence doesn't cover those and I'm pretty much broke because of missing so many days ofwork due to my initial injury.

1. You were bent inside your back?
2. If you injure yourself at work (in the normal course of working and not something like stroking yourself), report it right away and they will send you to the doctor, foot the bill, and can't fire you for it.

It is, but my doctor said I don't have a misplaced disc, which at least is good news.

You may have a pinched nerve there - it has happened to me before. The good news there is that it does go away, but the bad news is that there's not much you can do to it to make it do so.
