Not true. It doesn't work like other things you purchase through the PSN. It's a single use, never can be used again, no matter what voucher. DMM told me he bought the GOTY edition and confirmed that I was correct. If you want it to work like Jude described (whereby your purchase is documented and you can re-download it in the future) then skip the GOTY edition and just purchase the expansions via the PSN.
