I didn't think someone here shared my feelings on this book....thought all you guys were expecting a Watchmen-level deep Deadpool book

This was always a book not to think about too hard and go along for a crazy ride. The ending of the whole series (All the main characters being patients in a mental hospital where Wade imagined all of this) was pretty inventive in my eyes.

That would be unpossible.

Remender is the only person right now who rights a decent deadpool.

The character is nothing more than a joke that gets old after about five issues. Like the punisher the only version of the character that can integrate with the marvel universe at large is one that is water downed from his portrayal in his solo series.

As to the reasoning behind my score...

I enjoyed Pearson's work
The story dealt with
[Reveal] Spoiler: Click to Expand
truth and fiction. Whether or not what actually occurred captures the intimate details that are can. I honestly found that to be fascinating. Now, this issue didn't deal with that monologue, but it's hard to review it without the rest of the work affecting me.
It's not exceptional, but it was enjoyable. I've read worse Deadpool comics (ex: Deadpool Corps)

So the "Cream of the Crop," as you call them, get 8.1s, but a Deadpool issue that you fully admit is not worth 4 bucks gets a 7? Your scores confuse me.

7.5 and up would usually justify a purchase. Again, it's an enjoyable comic, but it's not worth the cover price. It's worth noting that it takes a really shitty comic for me to give out a low score.

How could you possibly give it 7/10? What score do you give books that you like? What score do you give books that you really like? And what score do you reserve for truly excellent reads?

8, 9, and 10, obviously. :P

I would love to see what kind of book receives a 2 or 3 from GLX.

Out of curiosity, I googled for random reviews of this issue. I found everything ranging from 6-9/10.

Nowhere near 3.

The only reason this forum is filled with Deadpool haters is because Deadpool sucks.
