I dislike his early ASM work. His USM art is competent, in my opinion, but boring.

Bagley's a rushed mess of fug, but he's technically sound and speedy. I haven't liked much of anything he's done since TBolts.

Samnee is probably my favorite new artist to start working at DC/Marvel over the past couple of years and he gets exponentially better with each new project. I'll babble about him later in my review when I get around to it.

LaFuente is awesome too and what I've seen of his USM was perfect for the series, the hate he gets on OH is lol.

If Peter Parker was Cloud and not Spider-Man, it would have been awesome.

no it's awesome.

There is a reason he was the face of Spider-man merchandise for so long.

I don't really understand the LaFuente hate either. He really helped breathe new life in Ultimate Spider-Man post Ultimatum.

He's my favorite Ultimate Spidey artist. And one of my top Spider-Man artists.

I thought Mark Brooks did a GREAT job on the annuals, though.

The others.... just didn't feel right, for some reason.

LaFuente is awesome, but he's not as good as Immonen.

Immonen is a fantastic artist and is better than LaFuente in general, but LaFuente's art matches of the tone of the book more closely, IMO.

Immonen can match the tone of every comic.

After the perfection that was Nextwave, Immonen feels out of place to me on everything else.

Honestly, I found Immonen to be a little boring on USM. It was pretty and nice to look at but it wasn't terribly dynamic.

Of course, that could have something to do with the stories coming out of that period of USM's history as well.
