Well, I use photoshop, but I sketch everything I do on paper first, and then scan it in. Maybe you're talking about someone else's sig or avatar? Photoshop works for that stuff too. |

I always assumed Raven female and the Exile male, dunno why. These look awesome btw. |

Thanks. Yeah, Revan seemed to work better as a female for a couple reasons: --the bastila romance was really dry and dull. They put a lot more effort, it seems, into the carth romance. --it's a more surprising reveal when you learn the identity of the dark Lord of the Sith, and it's a chick. --Star Wars really needed a kick-ass female focal character. Someone who didn't need to be rescued, but was just bad-ass. And Exile seemed better as a male for similar reasons. I know the fangirls really got wet for Atton, but the muthafuckas was dull. he was Carth-lite. And Disciple was vanilla as hell. But the female romances? That Mira chick, and the Handmaiden who had a tendency to take her clothes off. Both of those chicks were way more interesting than the guys. |

![]() The Lady Bettina na'Coranna, of House Coranna. The..ahem...titular character in a story I've been working on. Bett is a member of the noble Gensarat class, and legends says the high-born are all descended from the first 12 Dragons sent to watch over the world of men. Her family, House Coranna, is highly regarded among the Gensarat nobility, and young Bett has recently come of age. But a dark fate lurks for the Lady Bettina and all that she holds dear. Will her blades be up to challenges that dwell within the long night to come? Hell yes. To see the larger version, go here and click the image. |

![]() That girl is an angel. No, really. The beings often called "angels" were the first, perfect creation of the race of super-beings known as the Godhead. And when the Godhead created humans, the angels were given the task of safeguarding mankind. Striding the heavens in their grand Ophanim, their living ships, the angels forgot their ages-old charge, and made war among each other. Many fell to darkness, but others were thrown down... Magdelene is a warrior-philosopher among her kind. She is pictured with her Seraphiel Armor, and her living ship, dubbed Sidkiel. Mag has lived among humans for centuries, and in the long dark night when the heavens are split asunder by the ambitions of her cosmic kinsmen, she chooses to stand between mankind and the fire which will come. |

We should work together on something. It would break the internet in half. ![]() |

That is nice of you to say. I appreciate it, especially considering your own skill and talent. If we were to work on something it would have to include sexy bitches. Not necessarily from space...although...y'know...just sayin'... |

I tried to add some Gundam stylings to the armor. Also Greg, I'm working on a sketch of a space bitch. Actually, she was born on Earth, but managed to get herself transformed into a living sun. So she just works in space without technically being a space bitch. Russian chick. |

Cool. Detonator Orgun and Tekkaman Blade (I'm sure there are a lot more) also may serve as inspiration... ![]() ![]() |

We've all heard "Ezekiel saw the Wheel," right? Some folks consider that to be one of the first reccorded instances of a UFO sighting. But also, the "wheel" that he saw was a type of Angel in the mythology, called a Throne, or an Ophan. The description of the Ophanim sounds a whole hell of a lot like a ship. Flying vehicles that transport all of the heavenly orders. But a lot of the descriptions of the angelic orders are...really sorta WTF. Dudes with six goddamn wings, two of which are wrapped about their heads and what-not...it's just off the wall type shit. But as I was reading this, I glanced over at the shelf where I have some Gundam figures, and noticed Wing ZERO has two pairs of wings. I don't remember if it was depicted that way in the anime, but the figure very clearly has two separate wing modules. And then I started looking at the vanes on the headpiece, and had the idea that those could be seen as wings to some primitive fuckface who had no other terms to describe some incredibly advanced technology. So in a way, Wing ZERO also has six wings. So the idea with Seraph is that what we have classically described as angels are really just the armored suits they wear. Probably ain't exactly an original idea. But whatevah. |
