I used to mainly lurk on the Newsarama forums from 04-08. I decided to give this board a chance.

Favorite comics - Invincible, Savage Dragon, Walking Dead, Morning Glories, Hack/Slash, FF, IZombie, Haunt, RASL, Goon, Red Sonja, Avengers, Spider-Man, etc...

Favorite bands - In Flames, Children of Bodom, Within Temptation, the Agonist, Deadlock, Soilwork, Eyes Set To Kill, System Divide, All That Remains, etc...

Videogame systems - Xbox 360, 3DS and PSP.

Favorite board games - Settlers of Catan, Thunderstone, Dominion, Ticket To Ride, Shadows Over Camelot, Carcassonne, Magic the Gathering, etc...

Favorite TV Shows - Chuck, Fringe, True Blood and Spartacus.

Favorite movies - Saving Private Ryan, Braveheart, Cloverfield, 300, Sin City, LOTR trilogy, Underworld trilogy, etc...

Just joined. Met Christian Hoffer at a party and also found out about the new C-4 Columbus cartoonists group.

Have been self-publishing comics since the '80s. I won a Xeric grant ten years ago to publish Reactionary Tales, lettered for Paul Pope in the '90s, have colored a Mort Walker drawing for charity, worked for Cracked Magazine, Dark Horse and others and continue to self-publish. I also write and draw webcomics.

My new issue of The Signifiers, featuring a discussion with Tom Scioli on the state of comic book distribution, is live on Kickstarter. 27 days to go. Looks like The Outhouse isn't allowing me to post a link there, so just search for The Signifiers on Kickstarter.

Some faves (ask me next week for slightly different answers):

Comics: Herge, Kirby, Barks, Herrimann, Darwyn Cooke, Fred Rhoads, Samm Schwartz, Caniff, Frank Robbins, Peter Bagge, Pope, Alex Toth.

Film directors: Paul Thomas Anderson, Erich Von Stroheim, Kurosawa, Hitchcock, David Mamet, Kubrick, Jacques Tati.

You get the idea, I guess.
